Refund Policy

At Gattrepeitho, we want every customer to feel confident and delighted with their purchase. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure quality and craftsmanship.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original packaging, accessories, and certificates (if applicable).
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

For hygiene, quality control, and product integrity reasons, returned items must meet the above conditions before a refund can be approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry pieces
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, modified, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or with missing components
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

Due to the unique nature of natural crystals and gemstones, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or pattern are considered natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

3. Return Request Process

Before returning any item, customers must contact our customer service team for approval.

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos of the item (if applicable)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product was damaged during delivery

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your refund has been completed.

Gattrepeitho is not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the product to confirm it meets the return requirements.

After approval:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within:

7 days of delivery

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the information and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return according to this policy and place a new order separately.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within a limited period after purchase, provided that the order has not entered the processing or production stage.

Once an order has been shipped or customized production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
